How does it work for Retailers?

go&pay™ works alongside existing payment methods to give customers greater choice in how they pay. After ordering goods or services online, the customer simply prints a barcoded invoice and pays it at any Post Office using cash or Laser card.

tick graphic Select items to purchase

As they shop, the customer adds items for purchase to their shopping cart. Once they have finished shopping they proceed to the checkout with their selections.

At the checkout the customer is presented with the payment options offered, one of these being go&pay™. The customer selects go&pay™ and enters the requested details: name, shipping address and email. Normally these details are required for shipping purposes only; no credit/debit card or bank account details would be required as the customer has opted to pay offline.

After submitting their details a barcoded invoice is generated. The user can review this on screen before printing it off and completing their order. This barcoded invoice can also be sent to the customer’s email address if this is a requirement of your system.

Once the barcoded invoice has been printed off the customer simply takes it to any Post Office and pays using cash or Laser card before the invoice expiry date. Proof of age may also be required for some purchases.
