How does it work for Customers?
go&pay™ works alongside existing payment methods to give customers greater choice in how they pay. After ordering goods or services online, the customer simply prints a barcoded invoice and pays it at any Post Office using cash or Laser card.
Select items to purchase
As you shop, you add items for purchase to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping you proceed to the checkout with your selections.
Select go&pay™ from payment options
At the checkout you are presented with the payment options offered, one of these being go&pay™. You select go&pay™ and enter the requested details. Normally these details are required for shipping purposes only; you do not need to submit any credit/debit card or bank details, as by selecting go&pay™, you will already have opted to pay offline.
Print barcoded invoice
After submitting your details a barcoded invoice is generated. You can review this on screen before printing it off and completing your order. If you have submitted an email address to the online shopping website you are using, you will receive a confirmation email which also contains a link to your invoice.
Pay invoice at any Post Office
Once your barcoded invoice has been printed off, you simply take it to any Post Office and pay using cash or Laser card before the invoice expiry date. Proof of age may also be required for some purchases.
Goods dispatched
A notice confirming that payment has been made will be sent to the Merchant and your goods will be dispatched to your shipping address.
